Clare Byarugaba


Clare Byarugaba is an LGBT advocate and coordinates the Equality and Non-Discrimination program at Chapter Four Uganda, a civil liberties organization that focuses on the promotion of civil liberties for all. She is an Aspen New Voices Fellow.
