Phil Forder lives in South Wales and works in the prison system where he has done much to highlight the problems facing gay prisoners. Having come out himself at a relatively late age he is often on the front line offering support and ensuring that LGBT+ people are treated with respect and dignity within custody. Phil also lectures extensively and writes prolifically on the subject.
